Strategy - To highlight the accessibility features that Universal offers by creating awareness and bringing a sense of nostalgia to those who feel they can’t enjoy rides or feel guilty of going in the company of someone who is disabled. Doing this by exercising a “ride-by-ride” approach instead of a holistic approach to encourage change to promote inclusion.
